The rules for using PromptTune. We've kept them short and human-readable.
By using PromptTune ("the site," "the tool," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms are intentionally simple.
PromptTune is a free, browser-based tool that applies rule-based templates to improve AI prompts. It is not an AI service, does not call any external APIs, and does not process your data on any server. It is a static website that runs entirely in your browser.
PromptTune is provided "as is," without any warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, usefulness, or suitability of the improved prompts it generates. The outputs are template-based suggestions — not professional advice. Use your judgement before using any generated prompt for anything important.
We are not responsible for any outcomes — good or bad — that result from using PromptTune-generated prompts in other AI tools.
You agree not to use PromptTune to:
Pretty standard stuff. Use the tool responsibly.
The code, design, and content of PromptTune are owned by the site's creator. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the site's code or content without permission.
The prompts you enter and the improved prompts you generate are yours. We claim no ownership over them.
We don't guarantee that the site will be available at any particular time. It's a free tool maintained by one person. We'll do our best to keep it running, but we're not making any commitments about uptime.
We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the site operator is based. Any disputes will be handled in those courts.

That's it. No 40-page legal document. If something happens that these terms don't cover, we'll figure it out like reasonable adults.
